How to work with us fo the first time?
Fill in the charter agreement and the questionnaire below then CLICK on "SEND":

By doing this you will automatically be included on the list of transportors. The principal of the charte agreement is to establish a code of Best practice between Robinson and subcontracters according to the ISO 9002 norm.

On no account is this a contact requiring your company to work exclusively with Robinson. For more information contact our Carrier Department or Quality Department.

Dispute resolution :
If a dispute arises between any carrier and a CHR Branch sales agency that is not resolved, the carrier should call the quality department in Robinson Europe at +33(2) 31.54.47.61.
