ROBINSON TRANSPORT CHARTER
This document defines the terms of the contractual relationship between ROBINSON and THE HAULAGE COMPANY :
 
YOU MUST COMMIT YOURSELF TO :
- Respect the delays and orders defined on the transport confirmation.

- Provide a suitable vehicle along with the equipment specified in the transport confirmation.

- Take necessary measures according to the goods carried particularly, in order to prevent theft, by applying the provisions appearing in the clause ?theft? of the 30/01/92. The driver has to make sure that the vehicle is locked during his absence and, if parking for more than two hours, park it in a guarded or locked place.

- Verify and communicate the position of your vehicles.

- Keep us upon to date concerning any event wich may hinder the contractual requirements of the transport confirmation.

- The strict prohibition of making any commercial approaches to the consignors / consignees relative to all transport orders contracted with ROBINSON.
 
IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THE BEST SERVICE ROBINSON IS STRUCTURED ON USING:
- A transport confirmation as a contract between the 2 parties for each individual transport, stating all the customer’s requirements and the necessary information relating to the order.

- A single spokesperson for any particular service.

- A follow up procedure carried out during the service; checking the loading, the transport and the unloading, contacting the consignee/consignor in order to guarantee that the contract is carried out correctly.
 
MOREOVER :
The signatory must respect ROBINSON?s regulations and legislation.
The signatory is aware of in the event of litigation, the Court of competente juridiction is the Business Court of Rotterdam.
The signatory undertakes not to re-freight in the framework of transportation assigned by ROBINSON.
